Our meals are prepared using the ingredients listed on the relevant product page.

7. Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by Prepped.
An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance where we are unable to fulfil an order due to circumstances such as stock availability, pricing errors, payment issues or other legitimate reasons.
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change. The applicable price for an order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing error.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be prepared and dispatched, unless another payment arrangement has been expressly agreed with Prepped.
8. Delivery
Prepped delivers throughout South Africa using third-party courier services.
Orders generally require 3–4 business days to be processed and prepared before being handed to the courier.
Once collected by the courier, we aim for delivery within approximately 24 hours / overnight, wherever reasonably possible.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns & Refunds
Because our meals are perishable food products, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges.
However, this does not affect any rights that consumers may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
If an order arrives damaged, substantially defrosted, incorrect, spoiled, unsafe or otherwise unsuitable, please contact us as soon as possible.
